Super High Drop Rate，Players’ New Favorite--- Tower of No-Regrets

Nowadays, there is a popular saying as: “have you been to the tower today?” Excuse me, but, what tower? Actually it’s the famous Tower of No-Regrets they are talking about, including new scenes for low level players, new mode of EXP and gold reward, the players can access the tower by simply pushing a button.

But why is the tower so attractive? What’s so unique about it?

Here are some introductions:

☞ Tower of No-Regrets is of 14 floors. (Monsters are distributed in the tower according to their levels)

☞ Tower of No-Regrets is opened in limited time period: 5 hours a day from 7 pm to midnight.

☞ If the player logs off inside the tower, he would be in Sun City when he logs in the next time.

☞ The floors in the tower are connected by teleportation spots with no limit at all. Any player could easily go from the 1st floor to the 14th floor by teleportation spots.

Scenes introduction:

1. If the player has claimed double EXP, the bonus would be frozen temporarily when he entered the tower. And it would resume as soon as the player leaves the tower.

2. Monsters in the tower are all of very high levels, and there’s no medicine for sale. So be sure you’ve taken enough medicine before you entered the tower. And we also suggest players team up in such adventure.

3. The use of the Evocation Flag: there would be drops of the Evocation Flag on every floor of the tower. If the player left or died in the tower, the flag could send him back to the corresponding floor.

4. Tri-Animal Sacrifice Stone: Tri-Animal Sacrifice Stone is a piece of armor required for a subsidiary skill quest. The drop rate of Tri-Animal Sacrifice Stone properly ensure your procuring of the stone in the tower.




Tower of No-Regrets only opens in a certain period of time, which quite explains the crowd in front of the gate every day after 7 pm, everybody just can’t wait to enter to the tower and enjoy this fantastic experience.

1. Equipment Crafting

Prince Peculiar wants the players to help craft a piece of equipment, which could be of any profession. The equipment Prince Peculiar needs falls into 3 categories:
a. Players between Lv.30-Lv.50: Lv.33 Equipment
b. Players between Lv.50-Lv.70: Lv.53 Equipment
c. Players above Lv.70: Lv.73 Equipment


Notes:
a. The equipment Prince Perculiar needs is to be crafted with the skills of blacksmithing, jewel crafting leather working or armor crafting. If you want to finish the quest, you have to collect enough materials with according levels and craft the equipment of the required type.
b. Prince Peculiar has the priority to take your equipment. When you have other equipment that you don’t need, you should equip it beforehand, for the equipment you wear will be taken by Prince Peculiar at that time.

2. Message Sending

Some NPC's would like the players to send a message, and all that you have to do is to find a certain NPC and tell him/her the matter.
Notes: All the NPC’s that you are required to find are labeled on the area map.

3. Mobs Killing

Players are required to kill five monsters of a certain kind and report it.
Notes: Players will be notified as to the location of the monsters.

4. Scrolls Purchasing

Some NPC's will ask you for a Daily Reward Scroll, and you just buy it for him.
Notes: The Daily Reward Scrolls can be purchased from the City Guard Lieutenant.

5. Items Searching

Some NPC's will ask the players for trivial items, which do not attract people’s attention. Accordingly players will receive huge rewards if they bring the items to the NPC.
Notes: In quest description there is detailed information about how to get those requested items.

Quest Rewards and Restrictions

1. Experience and Gold that the players get are according to their levels and how many times they accomplish the quest continuously. Experience and Gold will be doubled for the first ten times if they finish the quest.

2. Players can do the quests as many as they want, but only if they have enough Stamina.

3. If the players accomplish the first ten quests, Prince Peculiar will give them 10 reputation points and an Uncommon Chest, from which they can obtain random scarce items.

4. Players could talk to Prince Peculiar and give up on the quest. But once they do it, the next quest they get from Prince Peculiar would be considered the first one.

5. If players want to give up on the quest, they should do it from the very beginning, which means when they finish the next quest they get from Prince Peculiar they will get the same rewards as what they get for the first quest.

6. Players should finish the quests before 24：00 everyday. If they continue to do the quest that they haven't finished the day before, they will not get doubled experience and gold when they finish it.

7. When the players have finished ten quests, they will enter a new round of quests, which means their next quest will be regarded as the first one.

Team Quests are the high-level daily quests. They provide a chance for the players (mainly between levels 37 and 72) to work together and accomplish the quest to gain the rewards. They also improves players' abilities of cooperation and brings them more fun through the teamwork.

Requirement: Team Quests are divided into 9 levels according to the difficulty. Each level has specific requirements for players.




There are only 2 hours for each player to join the team and enter the Refining Test Cave every day. The access to the particular cave demands the corresponding scroll and all team members' ascending to the qualified levels.

Description:

Players can purchase a Team Quest scroll from the Lieutenant in Sun City. He will also send you to the Refining Test Caves. There are 5 different maps for each Team Quest level which are divided by the Five Elements: Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth.

The team leader is able to open the scroll only under the condition of being in a team and can accept the quest for all the members. The Quest icon will pop up for all the team members and automatically begin to indicate the rest time. A quest interface will pop up after left-mouse clicking and show the countdown of two hours. Players can go in and out of the cave freely for three hours, and they can claim the reward from the Lieutenant if they finish the quest within that time frame. After two hours, all the team members will be automatically ejected from the cave. The team quest corrupts in the case that any team memeber fails to slaughter the stipulated amount of monsters within two hours .


The team leader must ensure that the levels of all team members meet the level requirement when receiving the quest. If the requirement of any team members is not qualified or if someone in the team has already accepted another Team Quest , the whole team cannot accept it. The game will remind the players by the system channel. Team Quest could only be accepted once a day. It will be refreshed at midnight every night. At that moment, any unfinished quests will automatically fail.

All the maps for the Team Quests are inside Refining Caves. By talking with the Lieutenant, players will be sent to the main hall where they will find several entrances to different rooms. Those who meet the level requirement are sent to the appropriate room. Anyone who dies is revived in the main hall. Reward Quests for Teams are divided into two parts: The first part is to kill 50 common monsters. The aim changes when the first part is accomplished. The second part requires players to kill a special Elite Boss. The Team Quest success when both of the two parts are accomplished. Afterwards, claim your rewards from the Lieutenant in Sun City.

Rewards: Raw Materials for making suit will be given as the rewards. Materials at level 43 will be given to those who have successfully completed the Team Quests between level 1 and 3; while materials at level 67 will be given to those who completed Team Quests between level 4 and 6. Different reputation points will be rewarded to players who endeavors to accomplish the quest according to different levels of Team Quests.

In patch 7125, you may find out that a lot of stuff has been changed and the names are easier to remember (Click here for details). So, what else? Yes! We have modified the description of State Quests, increased the experience, elemental magic and Reputation points rewarded from quests! Let us see the details of this patch:



A lot of players stated in our forum that the quest description is not friendly to them. We have taken your suggestions very seriously and have updated the quest description. Now the description of states' quests is more detailed. Coordinates of NPC, Boss Mobs are marked in each quest. Because of these modifications, the quests will be easier to handle and you can play with greater efficiency in the game world.

We also made a satisfying increase of the experience of every States' Quests. You will gain abundant experience after finishing your quest since this patch. You will get to another level or even several levels in the blink of an eye!

We also increased the reputation points gained by completing quests. With higher reputation, you can participate in more activities in Phoenix Dynasty Online.

Elemental magic is a major change in the new patch. Players could only gain elemental magic by killing the monsters in the Elemental Fairy Realm in the previous version. Now, you will gain it and learn the new skills directly after you’ve completed the Skill Training Quest. It will save you a lot of time in Elemental Fairy Realm.

Most players think Five Elements Quest is really hard to understand. Now we lower the difficulty of gaining the element attribute. You can learn the major attribute of the Five Elements just by talking with the Element Saint. You can also gain your element attribute by doing the Element Quest after you reach level 20. It’s your choice to do the quest or not.


Some players will have problems when joining a state. We also make the Citizenship Quest easier. You do not need to team with others to fight against the Boss to complete your Citizenship Quest. You can handle them all by yourself now. So hurry up and obtain a citizenship, and then you can join a guild!

The Chat Interval for World Channel is reduced to 15 seconds. This change will let you communicate with the whole world more conveniently.

The Items Drop Rate for Guild Quests is increased. Recruiting more members will be much easier than before.
