The Path of Immortality
It was called the Immortality, the untold secret held by heavenly hands, the scintillating energy dwarfing all others. Rumor has it that its power is beyond mortal ken, and only the greatest of warriors shall rise into the favor of deities to enlist the unbelievable strength. Once when the world was ruled under demon's brutal tyranny, humanity dragged out feeble existences in their evil grips. The demon force swarmed over the lush lands unopposed, leaving only ashes and bones in its wake.
Though warriors rose to defend their ancient homelands, they were forced to give ground, inch by inch, before the fury of demons' onslaughts, kingdoms splintered apart, human civilizations burnt down under the iron heel of demon war mongers. It was in that moment when all hope had faded, a deity appeared to lend mortal races guidance. Culling one form within the remaining death-sworn defenders, she imparted the knowledge of Immortality to the champion, taught him the very way of casting Immortal incantations, and even channelled a modicum of her essences into his recesses. Upon embracing the enigmatic knowledge and prowess, the chosen one felt swirling, turbulent streams of incandescent energies raging across his every fibre. His consciousnesses were vastly expended to reveal the truth of Immortality, his power amplified to gain him a semi-godhood. The essence, the god essence bestowed was then fused into an unheard heroic armor.
