If you want to play with others and make more friends, you could join a guild. There are 2 choices: Nation-based guilds and non-nation guilds.
If you have joined a state, you can go to the capital and talk to the Guild Officer.
For example, I am in Chu, so I go to Spring City and talk to the Guild Officer.

 

 

Then choose the second option.

 

 

The guild interface will pop up and you could choose any guild to check the detailed information.

 

 

If you want to join the guild, you should apply to the guild leader or members who have the right of adding people. Make sure that they are online (with their name in white color) when u apply to them, or they can not see your message.

 

 

After you click Join, the person you petition will get the message. If he accepts it, you will become member of the guild.

 

 

 

You could also go to Koni (south of Sun City) to join a non-nation guild.
