When you are in Phoenix Village, you can claim Double Experience by talking with Mister Omniscient.

 

 

First, talk with Mister Omniscient and choose the first option to claim your Double Experience Time.

 

 

Then, choose the time you want to claim.

 

 

At last, after enable the Double Experience, your hands will be glowing and a flashing icon will be shown under your avatar in the top left of the screen.

 

 

You can also check with Mister Omniscient how many hours of Double Experience Time you left in one week.

First, talk to Mister Omniscient and choose the second option.

 

 

Then, you could find the answer in the system message.

 

 

When you leave Phoenix Village, you can claim Double Experience in Sun City by talking to Event Official (387,293).
