When you reach Lv.5, you can get a free horse at Mister Omniscient in Phoenix Village.

Talk to Mister Omniscient and choose the fifth option.

 

Then you should answer all the following questions correctly.

 

 

For the first question, choose the third option.

 

 

For the second question, choose the third option.

 

 

For the third question, choose the third option.

 

 

For the forth question, choose the forth option.

 

 

For the fifth question, choose the forth option.

 

 

After you answer all questions correctly, you will get the horse named Flaxen-Desire. It will be added to your inventory automatically.

 

 

You could put the horse in the bottom right slot to ride it.

 

Also you can place it as a shortcut.

 

When you press the shortcut key, you will ride the horse.

 

At the same time, the shortcut changes a bit: it produces yellow lines around the icon.

 

With another press of the hot key, you will dismount.
