When you reach Lv.22, you are able to write letters to others.

 

First Press S or click the icon at the bottom right of the screen.

 

Then the community interface will appear on the right. Click the letter-like button at the bottom.

 

After that, another sheet will pop up on the left. Click the "Write" button.

 

Write the message and click "Send".

 

You can also Shift+ Right-click on the player's name in Community or in Chat Window and choose the Send an Email option.
