Q) I can't create my character. What is wrong?
A) Please make sure you have chosen a village to be born in. You will see a tiny map to click on with two villages while creating your character. For more details, please refer to the following thread: http://pdobbs.enjoymmo.com/thread-103-1-9.html.

Q) What type of classes can I choose from?
A) There are 4 well-balanced types, paladin (high defense), assassin (distant fight), wizard (high magic damage) and priest (summon spirits), each having a male and a female avatar for you to choose.
 

Q) I am experiencing one of the following problems:
   1.Game says I have already logged on
   2.I can't create a new character but have spare spots to create characters
   3.'Server is unavailable' or 'Area is currently unavailable'
   4.Character selection is showing faulty data
   5.Can't interact with the NPCs
   6.Can't interact with the monsters, not receiving or dealing any damage.
A) These are all signs that the server has gone down; please check our official forum to see if there is a thread that has been created to inform other members. Usually, the game will be back to normal within an hour or two.

Q) What is the character deletion password?
A) The password is used to protect your character from being deleted when your account is hacked. Once your account is retrieved, your character will remain available to you.

Q) How to set up your character's deletion password?
A) In the character-selection interface, select a character →Click on the 'Password' button →Enter your password in 'New Password' entry field→ Confirm your password.

Q) How to change your character's deletion password?
A) In the character-selection interface, select a character →Hit the 'Password' button →Enter your old password →Enter your new password → Confirm your password.

Q) Will there be multiple characters for each account?
A) Yes. You can create four characters in the same account.

Q) How to delete your character?
A) In the character-selection interface, select the character you want to delete, then click on the 'Delete' button. If you've set up the deletion password, please enter it to delete the character. If not, just click on the button 'OK'.

Q) How to switch the characters in the same account?
A) When your character is in the game, press the ESCAPE key and then click on 'log off' button. After you come to the character-selection interface, click on the 'turning-arrow' below your character to revolve and select your character.
