Q) Can I team up with someone who is not physically located in the state that I am in?
A) No. A team can only be built by members who are physically located in the same state (it is ok to be located in the different cities of a state), regardless of the citizenship of each member.
 

Q) How can I team up with other players? How can I accept or refuse the team-up invitation?
A) Hold the 'SHIFT' key and right-click on a player that you wish to team up with. Then a function bar will be brought up, from which you can choose the Team icon. The other player may see a clickable GREEN CIRCULAR BUTTON above the chat window. Left-click to accept or right-click to refuse the invitation.

Q) How to build a team when players cannot see each other?
A) Chat with the player who you want to team up with. When you see a player's name in your chat window, hold the 'SHIFT' key and right-click it to trigger the function bar with a Team icon on it. Before that, make sure you and the player are in the cities of the same state.

Q) How many players are allowed in a team?
A) Players under level 60 can only form a five-member team while those above level 60 can build a team with up to 9 members. The number of team members also depends on the team leader's reputation level.

Q) When in a team, what can I do to interact with my team members?
A) Hold the 'SHIFT' key and right-click on a player name listed on the left side of your screen to bring up a function bar. Choose the icons on the bar to carry out the interaction you wish to perform.

Q) How can I switch to the tracking mode when in a team?
A) To activate the tracking mode, you just need to hold the 'SHIFT' key, right-click on a player's name listed on the left side of your screen and click the rightmost Track icon on the function bar.

Q) How can I terminate the tracking mode?
A) If you go in the opposite direction to your team member, the tracking mode is automatically terminated.

Q) How can I quit a team?
A) Click the Red Cross below your character name to leave your current team.
  

Q) How does a player leave a team automatically?
A) If you go to a different state, you will be kicked out of a team by the system.

Q) How can I interact with the players shown in the chat window?
A) Hold the 'SHIFT' key, right-click on a player's name in the chat window, and click the icon for the action you want. You can chat, team, make friends, write letters and check other players' basic information, including their level, nationality, equipment and so on. If a player is not far away, you could also trade and team with him.

 
Q) How can I trade with others?
A) Hold the 'SHIFT' key and right-click on the player to bring up a function bar. Select the third function 'Trade' and a trade panel will pop up. Right click on the items you want to trade with others in your Inventory. If you want to trade others with money or PP, click '0' beside the gold symbol and enter the number you want. After the agreed items shown on the interface, click 'Lock', which makes your trade sheet turn red. When both sheets are red, click 'Trade'. Then trade completes successfully.

Q) How can I write a letter?
A) After you reach level 22, you could write in-game letters to your friends. Press 'S' and click the envelope-like button in middle bottom. Click 'Write' in the panel that brought up on the left and another panel will pop up on the right side. Write your message and then click 'SEND'. You could also press SHIFT and right-click on players' names that appear on your screen and write letters to them.

Q) What could we do when in a team?
A) When you team with others, you can press 'SHIFT' and right-click the round button of other players, which is right below your avatar, to activate the basic interaction functions, such as chatting, trading and checking their information. The featured function is that you could trace your teammate within certain reach. (Don't follow players who can run very fast, for you cannot keep up with them and may lose your way.)

Q) How do I chat and what options are there?
A) First, you need to press the 'ENTER/RETURN' key to activate the chat entry line. Then type in your message and press the 'ENTER/RETURN' key again to send it.
